Most contact data is scraped once and sold forever, with no date on it. We rebuild ours daily, publish the age of every list before you buy it, and verify it again the moment it ships. Here's exactly what that means.
Rebuilt daily
Source data is rebuilt every day, so the build you buy is a recent one, not a dump from last quarter.
Dated, openly
Every list shows its real build date and how old that makes it. The badge ages on its own, so we can't quietly let a list go stale.
Verified at delivery
Every record passes live verification before it ships. Invalid and risky addresses are removed, not counted, not charged for.
Rebuilt daily, and dated so you can check
Our source data is rebuilt on a daily cycle. What that buys you is not a slogan, it's a number: every list on this site carries the date its current build was compiled, and a badge that reads “updated this week,” “updated this month,” “updated ~3 months ago”, computed from that date, so it ages on its own whether we like it or not.
That's deliberately the opposite of how this market works. The going standard is a quarterly refresh with no date shown anywhere, or a claim like “98% accurate” with nothing behind it. You should know the age of a list before you pay for it, and if a list here has drifted, the badge says so on the product page rather than in an apology afterwards.

“100% verified at delivery”
Before your file is sent, every record is checked against a live verification step. Addresses that are invalid, undeliverable, or high-risk are removed. They're not counted in your record total and you're not charged for them. So the file you receive is verified as of the moment it leaves us.
What we don't claim is that data never decays. People change jobs; addresses go stale. That's why every purchase is backed by a guarantee rather than an impossible promise of permanence.
Freshly updated, and we show it
Every bundle carries a Last updated badge computed from its real refresh date: “this week,” “this month,” and so on. It ages on its own, so you always see the true recency before you buy.
If more than 5% of addresses bounce within 90 days, send us the bounce report and we refund the shortfall in cash. Unlike most data guarantees, ours includes email, the field competitors typically exclude.
