Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Every list is a single purchase. Pay once and the file is yours forever, and you can re-download it any time from the re-send page.
Why only three prices?
Because eleven of them told you nothing. A price you have to look up per product can't be compared, can't be remembered, and quietly drifts as products get added. Three fixed prices mean you know what a list costs before you open it, and the tier tells you which kind of list it is.
What decides a list's tier?
Roughly, how much of the market it covers. Core is a single trade or niche, Pro is the high-volume verticals and named-contact lists, Signal is our largest databases plus the perishable data: event exhibitors and technographics. The tier is shown on every card and every product page.
Some lists say 'Request pricing' instead of a price. Why?
Those are lists we haven't built yet, usually an event whose exhibitor directory hasn't been published. Asking costs you nothing and it's how we decide what to build next. We reply with a price and a sample within one business day.
How fresh is the data I'm buying?
We rebuild our source data daily, and every list on the site shows the date of its current build plus how old that makes it. You know the age before you pay, not after. Most sellers ship a quarterly dump with no date on it at all.
My file is a few months old now. What then?
It stays yours, and it stays exactly as delivered. If you want the newer build, you pay half the tier price for the rebuild. You never pay full price twice for the same list.
Do the multi-list offers stack with anything?
No, one offer per order. They apply to tier prices, not to custom builds, which are quoted on their own.
What payment methods work?
Checkout is handled by our payment provider and accepts major cards.
Can I get a refund?
Because the data is delivered instantly, sales are final once the file is sent, but every purchase is covered by the 90-day bounce guarantee.
