1. Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by REPLACE_LEGAL_NAME, an individual trading as Lead Huntr, at REPLACE_STREET, REPLACE_CITY, REPLACE_STATE REPLACE_PIN, India ("we", "us"). Lead Huntr is a trading name, not a separate company. By buying a bundle or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment and merchant of record

Orders placed on this site are sold and processed by Polar Software, Inc., acting as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Polar is the seller for the payment transaction: it charges your card, collects and remits any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax, and issues your receipt. Your payment is therefore also subject to Polar's terms of service.

We remain responsible for the data files themselves: their content, delivery, licensing, and the guarantee below.

3. What you're buying

Each purchase is a one-off licence to a data file ("bundle"). On payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the file for your own business outreach and internal business purposes. Ownership of the underlying compilation stays with us. Pay once and the file is yours to keep, with no subscription and no expiry on your right to use it.

4. What you may not do with it

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the raw file or any substantial extract of it, and you may not use it to build a competing data product. Sharing it inside your own organisation is fine.

Authorised resellers and partners operating under a separate written agreement with us are excepted from this section, to the extent that agreement allows.

5. Lawful use is your responsibility

You agree to use purchased data lawfully. When you send outreach using a bundle, you are the data controller for that campaign, not us. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR/PECR: identify yourself truthfully, include a working opt-out, and honour opt-outs promptly. 6. Delivery

Files are delivered by email after payment, typically within minutes, as a private download link that expires. Save the file somewhere safe when it arrives. If your link expires or the email never reaches you, contact us and we will re-send it at no charge.

7. Refunds and the bounce guarantee

Because bundles are digital files delivered immediately, sales are final once delivered. Every purchase instead carries our bounce guarantee, set out in full in the Refund policy. Approved refunds are issued through Polar, which holds the original transaction.

8. Accuracy

Records are verified at delivery and refreshed on a rolling basis, but contact data decays and no dataset is perfect. Bundles are provided "as is" and we make no warranty that any record is current, complete, or fit for a particular purpose beyond the guarantee in section 7.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a bundle is limited to the amount you paid for that bundle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, or for any consequence of how you choose to use the data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Payment disputes are handled under Polar's terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published here on the date you bought; material changes do not apply retroactively to bundles you already own.
