Instant-delivery sales are final

Because each bundle is a digital file delivered immediately, purchases can't be returned once the file has been sent.

The bounce guarantee

Every purchase is covered instead by our guarantee: if more than 5% of email addresses bounce within 90 days of delivery, send us your bounce report and we'll refund the shortfall (the portion above the 5% threshold) in cash. Email is included, not excluded.

How to claim

Reply to your delivery email within 90 days with your bounce/validation report. We verify the claim, and approved refunds are issued through Polar, which processed your payment as merchant of record, back to your original payment method. See our Terms for how that works.
