Anyone can type an address into a form, so we never show a file here. The links are emailed to the address on file, which means only the person holding that mailbox can download anything.
What you're entitled to

Common questions
Why did my original link stop working?
Download links are signed and time-limited (7 days) so a forwarded email can't hand your paid file to the whole internet. The file itself is yours permanently: only the link expires, and this page issues a fresh one.
Why don't the links appear on this page?
Because anyone could type your address into this form. Emailing the links means only you, holding your inbox, can actually use them. That's also why we don't ask you to create an account or remember a password.
I bought months ago. Is my file still the current one?
Your file is exactly what you bought, and it stays yours. But we rebuild the source data daily, so an older purchase is an older snapshot. Every list on the site shows how old its current build is. If yours has drifted, reply to the email and we'll quote the refresh.
Nothing arrived.
Check spam first. If it's genuinely missing, the address you typed may not be the one you paid with, and card receipts show which. Send us that receipt and we'll deliver the file by hand.
