The questions we actually get
Can I see the data before I pay?
Yes. Every list carries 50 real rows you can read on its page and download as a CSV, with phone and email digits masked. The free sample pack is 200 rows, emailed, no card.
What happens if the emails bounce?
If more than 5% of addresses bounce within 90 days, reply to your delivery email with the bounce report and we refund the shortfall in cash. Ninety days is the window. Most sellers who offer anything offer 72 hours.
How old is the data?
Source data is rebuilt daily, and every list publishes the date of its current build plus how old that makes it. You see a list's age before you buy it, not after. Records are verified again at the moment of delivery.
Do I actually own the file?
Yes, permanently, offline. There is no seat, no login and no renewal, and nothing expires. The download link expires after 7 days for security, but you can re-issue a fresh one any time from the orders page with just your email.
Is it legal to email these people?
Every order links to a printable compliance statement naming your specific dataset: provenance, build date, lawful basis, and the regimes that apply to your outreach: GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL, plus UAE and Saudi PDPL on the Gulf lists. It is written to hand to a procurement or legal team.
